The hotel is situated in a prime location right by Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The rooms were in good shape and offered side views of the bustling city, although I found the pillows inadequate for a restful sleep. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was generally a decent experience.

The rooms were in good shape with two comfortable double beds and modern amenities. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, like dirty tissues in the tissue box, and the pillows were flat and didn't support my head well.

The staff was very pleasant when we arrived and some were genuinely helpful, but I felt that many interactions were a bit short on warmth.

The hotel’s location right by Times Square is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to theaters and attractions. It's a real highlight of the stay.
