The hotel is situated in a prime location right by Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The rooms were in good shape and offered side views of the bustling city, although I found the pillows inadequate for a restful sleep. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was generally a decent experience.

The rooms were in good shape with two comfortable double beds and modern amenities. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, like dirty tissues in the tissue box, and the pillows were flat and didn't support my head well.
